Dr. iur utr. Hansjörg Döpp
Dr. iur utr. Hansjörg Döpp, after studying law in Cologne and subsequently obtaining a doctorate in international law, was Chief Executive of the North Rhine-Westphalia Employers’ Association and the North Rhine-Westphalia Metal and Electrical Industry Association.

Paul von Kirchbach
After graduating from high school, Mr Paul von Kirchbach completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, before studying business administration at the Stralsund University of Applied Sciences. He obtained a diploma in management studies at the European College of Business and Management in London and a master’s degree in business administration at LIMU in Liverpool.
Various positions within the health care sector in sales and market development roles followed, before he founded the consulting company SEREMATEC. This organisation specialises in market development and market entry for plastic products within the health care sector.

Wolfram von Koeller
Mr. Wolfram von Koeller, after completing his A-levels and an apprenticeship as a savings bank clerk, graduated from the University of Würzburg with a degree in law. He works as a consultant in the field of Compliance & Forensic and supports companies in the prevention or detection of white-collar crime.
Since 2014, Wolfram von Koeller has been a member of the board of trustees of the Carl-Otto and Georg Riesenkampff Foundation, having close ties to the Baltic region due to his family’s centuries-old Pomeranian roots. He has deepened this bond on various trips to the Baltic States. He is also a Knight of the Order of St. John.

Dr. Oliver von Egen
Dr. Oliver von Egen was born in Wuppertal and, after his A-level and civilian service, completed his studies in chemistry with a doctorate at the Bergische Universität and Gesamthochschule Wuppertal.
He works as a senior executive in the IT department of one of Germany’s largest pharmaceutical companies. He is married with three children.
